Last updated: 26 September 2026. GizmoJudge (gizmojudge.com) is an independent review site for home-office and desk gear, run by one person. This page explains what the site collects when you visit, and why.
What is collected
- Anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, added with Google Site Kit: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. It is used only to see which guides are useful. It does not tell us who you are.
- Standard server logs kept by the host, Hostinger, such as IP address and time of request, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Email. Anything you choose to send by email, if you write to us.
What is not collected
There are no accounts, no comments, no newsletter sign-up and no forms on this site. No data is sold or rented to anyone.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.
Links to other sites
Our verdicts link to manufacturers and to other reviewers. Those sites have their own privacy policies. GizmoJudge does not use affiliate links today; when that changes, the Affiliate Disclosure page will say so first.
